Kısaca

Hapşırık, burun ve boğazdaki tahriş edici maddeleri temizlemek için vücudun bir tepkisidir. Bu süreç beyin hücrelerine zarar vermez.

Sneezing is a natural response developed by our body to clear irritants from the nose and throat. This reflex helps prevent dust, pollen, or microbes in the air from entering the body. Interestingly, during the sneezing process, our brain cells do not suffer any damage, which shows how our body manages this situation. During a sneeze, nerve endings in the nose and throat are stimulated. When the brain detects the presence of irritants, it quickly sends a sneeze signal. This is part of the body's self-protection mechanism and is a normal part of daily life for many people. A healthy side effect of sneezing is that it clears the airways and alleviates nasal congestion. Occasionally, excessive sneezing can be a sign of health issues such as allergies or infections. Overall, sneezing is one of the body's self-protection methods and has no negative impact on our brain cells. In conclusion, sneezing is a natural defense mechanism and does not threaten brain health. Our body successfully continues to maintain its health through such responses.
